  • Personalization & AI Tutoring: powering “Einstein,” “Diva,” and “Batman” and other via OpenAI's models guided by prompts; no emotion‑recognition or social scoring.

  • Communications: service updates, security alerts, and optional promotional messages (opt‑out available).
